Job responsibilities

1. Be familiar with the basic background operation of the platform, and be able to complete various background operations while communicating with customers as needed

2. Responsible for telephone reception and answering inquiries;

3. Coordinate the work connection and cooperation between customer service department and other departments

4. Regularly visit customers, be responsible for communicating and solving customer feedback problems, and cooperate with relevant departments to provide customer service


Job requirements

1. College degree or above, more than 1 year customer service experience

2. Fluent Mandarin, affinity, good communication and coordination skills and language expression skills

3. Be familiar with basic computer operation and network promotion, work actively, and have a good sense of teamwork
